About the Course
Breathwork for Relaxation and Focus is a living, ongoing experience designed to help you return to balance through the breath. Every two weeks, you’ll join a live guided breathwork session led by Damon and Doug, exploring themes such as grounding, energy, and release. All sessions are recorded and shared exclusively for members, so you can revisit them anytime and continue your practice at your own pace.
Meet Your Instructor, Doug
Doug Byrne is a transformative breathwork facilitator who specialises in Conscious Connected Breathwork. With several years of experience holding space for both groups and individuals, Doug is deeply devoted to helping people step into a more empowered, authentic, and connected version of themselves. His style is gentle, empathetic, and steady. He guides you consciously, encouraging you to find your own rhythm through the breath so you can drop deeper into your body and connect with what’s true for you. Through this work, Doug supports you in releasing old patterns and stored trauma, creating space for healing, clarity, and a more grounded sense of self.
